On 25 May 2025, under the auspices of the European Business Association and with the support of its Executive Director Anna Derevyanko, a presentation of the new format of the Aurum Rehabilitation Centre, an inpatient department of the Centre, which is scheduled to open in the summer, took place.

The event, which was held in the format of an offsite meeting of the EBA ESG Hub's working group on veteran practices and policies at the Aurum Rehabilitation Centre, was attended by representatives of Ukrainian socially responsible businesses: Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine LLC, UKRSIBBANK, Raiffeisen Bank. Multiplex-Holding, PJSC Ukrhydroenergo, BAYER, SERVIER UKRAINE, SHANEL, GLADSAL, as well as representatives of the Embassy of Israel in Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The administration of the Aurum Centre would like to express its sincere gratitude for the constant assistance and support of the Centre's strategic partners: MHP Company and its Charitable Foundation ‘MHP-Community’, Ukrainian Helicopters Aviation Company, Best Leasing Company.

Thanks to the sincere support of CASUAL smart catering and personally its director Oleksandr Kotolup, excellent catering was organised for the guests of the event.

The event was also attended by representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - the River Flotilla of the Ukrainian Navy, the Territorial Defence Forces, the National Guard of Ukraine - the patronage service of the 12th Brigade of the Anti-Terrorist Operation, military personnel and veterans who underwent rehabilitation at the Aurum Centre.

The Centre was also visited by Iryna Holovach, Director of the Kyiv Regional Centre for Assistance to Defenders of Ukraineis named after Vitaly Baranov, and Oleg Khmelevsky, Chairman of the Association of Entrepreneurs and ATO Veterans.

The event was hosted by Violetta Kirtoka, a journalist, executive secretary of the People's Hero of Ukraine NGO, organiser of the People's Hero of Ukraine award ceremonies, author of the book series «People's Heroes of Ukraine. Real Stories».
